WAC 132E-16-285. Impoundment without notice

A vehicle may be impounded without notice to the owner and/or operator under the following circumstances: (1) When, in the judgment of the director of campus safety, or his/her designee, the vehicle is obstructing or impeding the flow of traffic on the EvCC campus; or (2) When, in the judgment of the director of campus safety, or his/her designee, the vehicle poses an immediate threat to public safety.
