WAC 250-80-080. Appeals

(1) The board will set an annual deadline for the receipt of appeals. (2) Appeals must be submitted to the board in writing before the application deadline. (3) The board may use its judgment to except individual students from a program rule or rules based on substantial documented mitigating circumstances.
