WAC 25-42-010. Definitions

The definitions of the words and terms of WAC 197-11-700 through 197-11-799 are made a part of this chapter along with the following additions: (1) "Department" means the Washington state department of archaeology and historic preservation. (2) "Director" means the state historic preservation officer as provided for in chapter 27.34 RCW.
