WAC 260-24-540. Mutuel manager

The mutuel manager is responsible for the following: (1) The overall operation of the parimutuel department; (2) The correctness of all pay-off prices; (3) To maintain records of all wagers; (4) To provide information regarding betting patterns to the commission, or its designee(s); (5) To supervise all association employees who work in the parimutuel department; (6) To make decisions regarding the operation of the parimutuel department; and (7) The enforcement of the association's policy and procedures relating to the parimutuel department.
