WAC 260-40-055. Jockey to be named at the time of entry

Prior to the close of entries, an owner, trainer, or authorized agent must furnish the name of the jockey who is to ride in the race. If the jockey named on the entry at the time of the draw does not accept the mount, the stewards may name a replacement jockey.
