WAC 260-40-185. Reporting alteration of sex

Any alteration in the sex of a horse must be reported by the trainer to the racing secretary within seventy-two hours of the procedure. The racing secretary will note the alteration on the foal registration certificate and report the alteration to the Jockey Club.
