WAC 260-60-420. Claimed horse—Refusal to deliver

No person may refuse to deliver to the person legally entitled to a horse claimed out of a claiming race. Refusal to complete the transfer of a claimed horse will result in the suspension of the individual's license and the horse is ineligible to enter until the transfer is complete.
