WAC 260-60-450. Claimed horse—Restrictions

When a horse is claimed at a recognized meeting under rules which conflict with chapter 260-60 WAC, any restrictions concerning the claimed horse will be recognized in Washington to follow the rules of the meeting under which the claim was made.
