WAC 284-17-226. Required proof of completion of a course — Certificate of completion

The insurance education provider must issue a certificate of completion to each licensee within ten days after completion of the course. The certificate of completion must be in the commissioner's designated format, completed in its entirety, and include all of the information prescribed by the commissioner. A certificate of completion form is available to insurance education providers by request.
