WAC 284-212-155. Prohibited practices

The following practices are prohibited: (1) No insurance producer or other representative of the issuer may complete the medical history portion of any form or application, including an electronic application, for the purchase of a supplemental long-term care insurance policy. (2) No issuer or insurance producer or other representative of the issuer may knowingly sell a supplemental long-term care insurance policy to any person who is receiving medicaid. (3) No issuer or insurance producer or other representative of the issuer may use or engage in any unfair or deceptive act or practice in the advertising, sale, or marketing of supplemental long-term care insurance policies.
