WAC 284-22-030. Effective date

(1) The assigned risk plan shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. July 1, 1992. (2) The assigned risk plan shall not terminate until all policies under the plan have expired and outstanding obligations incurred under such policies have been satisfied.
