WAC 284-24A-020. Filing an insurance scoring model

(1) Insurance scoring models must be filed separately. The model must not be filed with any rate or rule filing. (2) The insurance scoring model must be filed in SERFF in accordance with the Washington State SERFF Personal Insurance Scoring Model Filing General Instructions posted on the commissioner's website ( www.insurance.wa.gov ).
