WAC 284-24D-250. How should information about the timing of the settlement be reported?

When reporting the timing of the settlement under RCW 48.140.030 (9), reporting entities must report whether the claim is settled: (1) Before filing suit, requesting arbitration or mediation hearing; (2) Before trial, arbitration or mediation; (3) During trial, arbitration or mediation; (4) After trial or hearing, but before judgment or award; (5) After judgment or decision, but before appeal; (6) During an appeal; or (7) After an appeal.
