WAC 132G-116-305. Unpaid fines

If any fine remains unpaid, any of the following actions may be taken by the college safety/security department: (1) Impound or wheel lock vehicle. (2) A hold may be placed on transcripts. (3) A delay of registration for the following quarter. (4) Revocation of parking privileges. (5) All outstanding fines may be turned over to a collection agency. These rules and procedures will be applicable to all persons utilizing college facilities.
