WAC 296-137-090. Retaliation

(1) It is unlawful for an employer to interfere with, restrain, deny, or take any adverse action against an isolated employee for the exercise of their rights under RCW 49.60.515 or this chapter. (2) The department may enforce allegations of retaliation by an isolated employee, who files a complaint with the department, under the provisions provided in WAC 296-128-770 through 296-128-800 .
