WAC 296-14-530. Is overtime considered in calculating the worker's monthly wage?

(1) When the worker's monthly wage is computed under RCW 51.08.178 (1), only the overtime hours the worker normally works are taken into consideration. (2) When the worker's monthly wage is computed under RCW 51.08.178 (2), the overtime pay is included in determining the worker's wages.
