WAC 296-150C-0030. How is this chapter enforced?

(1) To enforce this chapter, we or another governmental inspection agency will inspect each commercial coach manufactured, sold, leased, or used in Washington state as required by this chapter. (See WAC 296-150C-0070 - Reciprocal agreements.) (2) We will inspect all commercial coach alterations. (3) We will conduct inspections during normal work hours or at other reasonable times.
