WAC 296-150C-0150. How does the department regulate commercial coaches that are used as medical units as defined in chapter 296-150V WAC?

(1) Commercial coaches that are used as medical units may either: (a) Comply with the requirements of this chapter; or (b) Receive approval by the department to comply with the applicable requirements found in chapter 296-150V WAC. (2) You must contact the department to receive the approval required in subsection (1)(b) of this section prior to using the commercial coach as a medical unit by demonstrating that the commercial coach is being used for medical unit purposes.
