WAC 296-150C-0720. Must manufacturers of commercial coaches notify you of a change in business ownership?

(1) When a manufacturer changes ownership, the new owner must notify us in writing immediately. (2) A new owner may continue to manufacture the units according to a prior approved design plan if the prior owner provides written releases of the design plan.
