WAC 296-150M-0830. How does a contractor, firm, partnership, or corporation appeal a notice of infraction?

The contractor, firm, partnership, or corporation must: (1) File two copies of an appeal notice, specifying the reasons for the appeal, at the office designated on the notice of infraction; and (2) File the appeal notice within twenty days of the mailing of the infraction.
