WAC 296-150R-2010. Must state-plan and self-certified manufacturers notify you if they change a business name or address?

(1) If you are moving your business from an approved manufacturing location, the new location must be approved before shipping units from that location for sale or lease in Washington state. (2) You must notify us in writing prior to a change of business name or address.
