WAC 296-150T-0030. How is this chapter enforced?

(1) To enforce this chapter, we or another governmental inspection agency will inspect each factory-built temporary worker housing structure that is sited in Washington. Inspections will be conducted during normal work hours or at other reasonable times. (See WAC 296-150T-0070 .) (2) We will inspect each unit as required by the temporary worker housing construction standard and the electrical code. (See WAC 296-150T-0500 .)
