WAC 296-150T-0300. When is design plan approval required?

Design plans for factory-built temporary worker housing structures prior to installation at the building site in Washington must be approved when: (1) You build a new unit; (2) You modify an approved design plan through an addendum; or (3) You add options to an approved design plan through an addendum.
