WAC 296-150T-0410. When does my design plan expire?

Your factory-built temporary worker housing design plan expires either one year after approval or when there is a code change. You must submit new design plans for approval when there is a change to the temporary worker housing construction standard. You may use your design plan to order insignia as long as they comply with the applicable codes. All National Electrical Code amendments may be incorporated by an addendum to your design plan.
