WAC 296-155-690. Appendix to WAC 296-155-684 cast in place concrete

General requirements for formwork. (This Appendix is nonmandatory.) This Appendix serves as a nonmandatory guideline to assist employers in complying with the formwork requirements in WAC 296-155-684 (1)(a). Formwork which has been designed, fabricated, erected, braced, supported, and maintained in accordance with Sections 6 and 7 of the American National Standard for Construction and Demolition Operations-Concrete and Masonry Work, ANSI A10.9-1983, must be deemed to be in compliance with the provision of WAC 296-155-684 (1)(a).
