WAC 296-15A-010. Definitions

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have these meanings: (1) "Director" shall mean the director of the department of labor and industries of the state of Washington. (2) "Employee" shall have the same meaning as that defined in [RCW] 51.08.180 and 51.08.185 . (3) "Employer" shall have the same meaning as defined in RCW 51.08.070 .
