WAC 296-17B-210. Qualifications for sponsoring organizations

We will approve an organization that applies for group sponsorship if the organization: (1) Has been in existence for at least four years; (2) Is an organization with dues paying members; and (3) Exists primarily for some purpose other than that of obtaining or offering insurance coverage or insurance related services.
