WAC 296-17B-250. Employer qualifications for group membership

An employer qualifies for membership in a group if the employer: (1) Has an industrial insurance account in good standing; (2) Is a dues paying member of the organization sponsoring the group; (3) Is not enrolled in retrospective rating either as a member of a group or individually for the coverage period; and (4) The employer satisfies the homogeneity requirement of WAC 296-17B-260 .
