WAC 296-17B-410. Calculating your retrospective rating premiums

Your retrospective rating premiums will be evaluated at the time of each annual retrospective adjustment, and will be the sum of three charges: • Premium administration expense charge; • Incurred loss and expense charge; • Net insurance charge.
