WAC 296-200A-005. What is the goal of this chapter?

The goal of this chapter is to: (1) Reduce the paperwork required for contractor registrations. (2) Clarify issues related to suits against contractors and the collection of court judgments. (3) Ensure that the contractors registration law (chapter 18.27 RCW) is efficiently and properly administered.
