WAC 296-304-16011. Grace periods

Grace periods allowed in connection with the requirements of this section are as follows: (1) Annual or six-month requirements - By the end of the voyage during which they become due; (2) Quadrennial requirements - Within six months after the date when due; (3) Grace periods must not be deemed to extend subsequent due dates.
