WAC 296-307-050. Requirements that apply to hand tools

(1) Using hoes with handles less than four feet long or any hand tool used for weeding or thinning crops in a stooped position, is prohibited. (2) The employer must ensure that hand tools are in good condition. Using defective hand tools is prohibited. (3) The employer must ensure that hand tools are stored safely when not in use.
