WAC 296-307-10910. Establishment-specific information for workers — 40 C.F.R., Sec. 170.403

Before any worker performs any activity in a treated area on an agricultural establishment where within the last thirty days a pesticide product has been used, or a restricted-entry interval for such pesticide has been in effect, the agricultural employer must ensure that the worker has been informed of, in a manner the worker can understand, all of the following establishment-specific information: (1) The location of pesticide safety information required in WAC 296-307-10830 (1). (2) The location of pesticide application and hazard information required in WAC 296-307-10830 (2). (3) The location of decontamination supplies required in WAC 296-307-10930 .
