WAC 296-307-16135. Sewage disposal

(1) The operator must provide sewage disposal systems in accordance with local health jurisdictions. (2) The operator must connect all drain, waste, and vent systems from buildings to: (a) Public sewers, if available; or (b) Approved on-site sewage disposal systems that are designed, constructed, and maintained as required in chapters 246-272A and 173-240 WAC, and local ordinances.
