WAC 296-307-16150. Laundry facilities

(1) An operator must provide laundry facilities that include: (a) One laundry tray or tub or one mechanical washing machine for every thirty occupants; (b) Adequate facilities for drying clothes; and (c) Sloped, coved floors of nonslip impervious materials with screened floor drains. (2) An operator must maintain laundry facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
