WAC 296-307-44015. Transport truck unloading point

(1) During unloading, the transport truck must not be parked on public thoroughfares and must be at least 5 feet from storage containers. The truck must be positioned so that shut-off valves are accessible. (2) The filling pipe inlet terminal must not be located within a building nor within 10 feet of any building or driveway. It must be protected against physical damage.
