OSHA charts are available through OSHA area offices. The employer may find the address and telephone number of the nearest OSHA office in the local telephone directory under U.S. Government, U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Single copies are available without charge. If the employer wants multiple copies of these charts, the employer may order them from the Publications Office, U.S. Department of Labor, Room N3101, Washington, D.C. 20210. Telephone: 202-523-9667 .
