WAC 296-307-62615. Use respirators

The employer must require employees to use respiratory protection when respiratory hazards have not been removed using feasible controls. For example, use respirators at any of the following times: (1) While controls are being evaluated or put in place; (2) When the respiratory hazard is not completely removed; (3) When controls are not feasible.
