WAC 296-307-63815. Assess the hearing protection used by each employee during audits

The employer must confirm that: (1) Current site conditions during audits are consistent with conditions existing during noise monitoring; (2) The hearing protection used by the employee is sufficient and appropriate for the conditions; (3) The hearing protection is worn properly; (4) The employees are satisfied with the performance and comfort of the hearing protection.
