WAC 296-307-64804. Certify employee proficiency

(1) The employer must certify employee proficiency in their assigned duties. (2) The employer must make sure the certification: (a) Contains each employee's name, the trainer's written or electronic signature or initials, and the dates of training. (b) Is available for inspection by employees and their authorized representatives.
