WAC 296-52-67180. Separation distance from vessels and people

(1) A blast cannot be fired while any moving vessel is within one thousand five hundred feet of the blasting area. (2) People on board vessels or crafts moored or anchored within one thousand five hundred feet must be notified before a blast is fired.
