WAC 296-52-67200. Multiple charges

(1) When more than one charge is placed underwater, a float device must be attached to an element of each charge to make sure it will be released when the charge is fired. (2) Blasting flags must be displayed. (3) Misfires must be handled according to the requirements of WAC 296-52-67110 (3), Misfires.
