WAC 296-52-69010. Explosives

All Division 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4 explosives, special industrial explosives, and any newly developed unclassified explosives, must be kept in magazines that meet the requirements of RCW 70.74.120 and this chapter, unless the explosives are: (1) In the manufacturing process; (2) Being physically handled; (3) Being used at the blast site; or (4) Being transported to a place of storage or use.
