WAC 296-52-69080. Blast site storage

(1) Location. Temporary storage for explosives at blast sites must be located away from: (a) Inhabited buildings; (b) Railways; (c) Highways; (d) Other magazines. (2) Separation distance. A distance must be maintained between magazines and the blast site. This distance must be a minimum of: (a) One hundred fifty feet when the quantity of explosives is greater than twenty-five pounds; (b) Fifty feet when the quantity of explosives is twenty-five pounds or less.
