WAC 296-54-571. Releasing spiked guylines and spiked skylines from anchors

The following procedures must be followed when removing spiked guylines or spiked skylines from stumps: (1) Reversed safety wrap is put on and secured before loosening the last wrap; (2) An authorized employee is in charge of loosening guylines or skylines; (3) The authorized employee uses all precautions and gives warning before releasing lines; and (4) Safety holdbacks are used when necessary for employee safety.
