WAC 296-56-60253. Canneries and cold storage docks

(1) Employers must inspect hoisting equipment used to load or unload cargo or supplies of fishing vessels once a month certified in accordance with the requirements of WAC 296-56-60093 . The record of inspection must be made available upon request. (2) Slippery surfaces must be cleaned and nonslip material must be used if necessary.
