WAC 296-806-45520. Make sure restraint (holdout) devices used to safeguard the point of operation meet these requirements

(1) You must make sure presses requiring more than one operator have separate restraint devices for each operator. (2) You must make sure each restraint device has attachments: (a) For each of the operator's hands. (b) That are securely anchored. (c) That are adjusted so the operator cannot reach into the point of operation.
