WAC 296-865-100. Scope

This chapter applies to all motor vehicles and semitrucks used on public or private roadways. EXEMPTION: This section does not apply to: 1. Powered industrial trucks (forklifts) covered by another chapter, Powered industrial trucks, chapter 296-863 WAC; 2. Construction equipment covered by another chapter, Safety standards for construction work, chapter 296-155 WAC; 3. Logging trucks covered by another chapter, Logging operations, chapter 296-54 WAC; and 4. Agricultural equipment covered by another chapter, Safety standards for agriculture, chapter 296-307 WAC.
