WAC 296-870-40015. Certification

(1) You must certify in writing that employees have been trained in operating and inspecting a working platform. (2) You must make sure training certifications are: (a) Prepared when the employee has completed training; and (b) Contain all of the following: (i) Name of the person trained; (ii) Signature of the person who conducted the training; (iii) Date training was completed. (3) You must make sure the training certification is: (a) Maintained while the employee works for you; and (b) Kept readily available for review by the director or an authorized representative.
