WAC 296-874-30008. Make sure tiebacks meet these requirements

(1) You must make sure tiebacks are equivalent in strength to the suspension ropes. (2) You must make sure tiebacks are secured to a structurally sound anchorage on the building or structure and installed: (a) At a right angle (perpendicular) to the face of the building or structure; or (b) As opposing angle tiebacks.
